Code of Conduct

Agreeing to respect the Code of Conduct in a mandatory condition to join the club and participate in events

Masturbation Only

Sexual activity is restricted to masturbation and non-genital contact. Oral and anal sex are never permitted at any Montréal JACKS event.

Permitted Play

  • Self masturbation and ball play
  • Sex toys for penis, balls, or nipples on self
  • Voyeurism
  • Exhibitionism

With consent:

  • Mutual masturbation
  • Mutual ball play
  • Erotic touch
  • Parallel penis-to-penis masturbation
  • Frottage/rubbing bodies
  • Oral contact above waist or below knee
  • Sharing of sex toys for penis, balls, or nipples
  • Docking
  • Foot play

Prohibited Play

  • Anal contact/play of any sort
  • Oral contact of any kind from hips to knees
  • Anal, urethra, or front hole penetration of any sort
  • Kissing/touching without consent
  • Butt/anal toys or urethral sounds
  • Facials

Ejaculation

  • Members may ejaculate on themselves or on covered surfaces
  • Ejaculate on other people (bukakke) ONLY with explicit consent.
  • Never shoot semen on someone's face or anus.
  • You may lick semen off of your own body.

Explicit Consent & Mutual Respect

  • Consent is required before touching or kissing another member.
  •  Always ask before physical contact, accept refusal graciously, and treat members with mutual respect and human dignity, like brothers.

Discretion & Confidentiality

  • What you do here, who you see here, stays here.
  • Phones and Cameras of any kind are strictly prohibited. 
  • Identity disclosure results in permanent termination.

Member Health

  • Members with contagious infections must abstain from participating in events until they are no longer contagious.  This includes syphilis, gonorrhea, chlamydia, herpes, MPOX, jock itch, crabs, respiratory infections, gastrointestinal infections, skin infections.
  • Treated HIV is not transmissible. Individuals with an undetectable viral load may participate. U=U
  • Members must report any post-event infection to club management for a confidential notification of other participants.

Substances

  • Alcohol and Poppers are authorized for personal use during the event.
  • Poppers must be kept on a  lanyard around neck.
  • Cannabis and nicotine may be consumed, but no smoking or vaping allowed indoors.
  • Excessive use of recreational drugs or alcohol remains prohibited.
  • Intoxication may result in refusal of entry or expulsion, with the risk of membership termination.

Personal Hygiene

  • You must be clean when attending an event, especially if you engage in foot play. 
  • Bad breath and excessive odors must be addressed.
  • Showers are available.
  • Perfume/cologne is discouraged.

Talking

  • Excessive conversation should be minimized.
  • Low voices, erotic language, and words of encouragement are always welcum.
  • Keep non-erotic talk out of the play areas
  • Members must remain friendly without disrupting the event space.
